Bulldogs' Nohemi Livingston named State Pitcher of the Week
College of San Mateo sophomore Nohemi Livingston was named the State Pitcher of the Week by the California Community College Fastpitch Coaches Association (3CFCA) after earning three shutout wins in the circle for the Bulldogs.
From the 3CFCA: "Livingston tossed 19 shut-out innings, allowing only four hits and six total base runners. Two of the victories came over ranked opponents, No. 12 San Joaquin Delta 6-0 on February 20 and a 10-0 win over No. 6 Fresno City on February 22. She added 17 strikeouts – nine in her 3-0 shutout win over Modesto February 18.
Livingston has allowed just two runs and boasts a 0.39 ERA across 39 innings pitched. Of pitchers with at least that many innings, Livingston's ERA is at the top of the pack."
The Bulldogs are off to another impressive start, going 12-0 to open the 2025 season. CSM has posted shutouts in five straight games and was ranked No. 4 in last week's state poll.
